Excellent dealership, very welcoming and professional. Of course they do want to sell you a car, but with no high pressure sales tactics. I worked with Patrick Smigay who was knowledgeable and helpful with understanding the vehicle functions and the purchase process. I won't mention names, but working with Quality Mazda was a total relief compared to working with some 'other' dealerships... not all but some.

Jr the service advisor was very attentive and helpful and made sure I got everything I needed.

Jack provided me with the most exceptional customer service experience that I have ever seen from any car dealership. He went well above and beyond what is normally expected in order to assist me with an urgent and unusual problem while passing through the area. Outstanding service and swift response.

I had a really great experience with Quality Mazda. I originally came in looking for a used vehicle because I was working with a limited budget, but the team went above and beyond to help me explore better options. To my surprise, they were able to get me into a brand new car—and not just any car, but one I had already been considering. What really stood out was how willing they were to work with me to find something that truly fit my needs financially. They didn’t pressure me or try to upsell me into something unrealistic. Instead, they took the time to understand my situation and helped me secure a deal that was actually well below the current market value. I was looking at a 2019 and up used Mazda 3,6,cx3,cx6, or something similar. I walked out with a new 2025 Mazda 3 for my price point. I even spent 1000 less than my budget. I left feeling happy since I found exactly what i wanted and I didn't have to get something with a lifetime of miles already on it. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely tries to help you rather than just make a sale, I’d definitely recommend giving them a chance.
