Horrible experience, started with 1 to 1/2, hours expected wait to program my truck key turn into 8 hours, no explanation. Rude bunch of service techs.
The visits I experience have been very positive. The staff have listened to my auto issues and have exceeded in fixing the auto problems. The associate Mario in the service department have continually reached out and has kept me informed Ithroughout the service! My car was only in for a day while I thought it would take 3 or more days to service, as I see many cars in the service or garage department Overall, the staff was professional and fast, knowledgeable employees. I am writing once again to express my escalating frustration and disappointment regarding my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali. Despite numerous service visits, the issues with this vehicle remain unresolved.
As of today, my truck has been in the service department 32 times, all related to the diesel exhaust/emissions system. Most recently, I picked up the vehicle from Quality GMC on July 1, 2025, only to have the check engine light return just two days later, on July 3, indicating yet another emissions-related failure.
This is completely unacceptable.

Very shady dealership, at first our family had called to get a gasket replaced, quoted 2.9 hours, make it 4 just being fair because mechanics need to eat and take breaks too, ended up staying 9 hours, lady named Destiny told us the mechanic said the front brakes were shot and needed new pads and rotors, mind you the gasket was around 400 parts labor and tax, ended up paying an excruciatingly high price of $1400 for pads rotors and a measly gasket plus labor and tax, ridiculously high price for all of that, destiny never even gave us an estimate of the price for ... I purchased my 2018 Buick Encore from Quality in 2017. I have been extremely pleased with the staff, service department and my vehicle since 2017. My June 19, 2025 scheduled maintenance visit was my very first disappointment. I scheduled my regular maintenance visit and shared that my front passenger door's lock was no longer working and the customer service rep told me they were too busy to check the lock. They really take good care of your car and you! I felt like I was treated with excellence service from when I drove in to pick up my vehicle.
They ran my credit without me filling out a credit app in person. Applied for prequal in GM Financial website. The prequal is not supposed to affect credit. Stay clear of this place and their shady practices. When confronted with this information they were extremely rude and hung up on me.
Our salesperson Christian did an excellent job explaining to me and my wife all the features of the 2025 Acadia Denali. We were overwhelmed by the technology of this vehicle. However after Christian explained and demonstrated the features we felt relieved and at ease. He answered all our questions in such a way that it was easy to understand. We were very impressed by his professionalism.

Never buy from this Dealership! They took advantage of my young son sold him a lemon not to mention a 36,000 mile extended warranty his car had 41,000 miles at the time of purchase. The car is a 2018 with coolant issues and a blown gasket. Dealership won't honor the manufacturer warranty to fix it because he drove it a few blocks to get it home when it started smoking. this palce sales parts online under OEM Gm parts store. first experience was great. second one just a waste of time. they sent the email that items have been shipped. and it actually has not been shipped at all. no emei response . getting someone live is just impossile
Everything I wanted checked was and with a thorough written and verbal report. No machine coffee/water available. Should have bottled water available for waiting on vehicle with the covid restrictions in place if you can't access the machine.

Purchased a NEW 2017 Terrain from the dealership in June of 2017. Immediately the Air Conditioning system went on the fritz. After three years of trips back and forth to the service department, and three summers of unreliable air conditions, the dealership has done absolutely nothing to try to repair the vehicle.
The vehicle came with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty that was in the end useless. Not a slice screw was turned or nut tightened in an attempt to repair the NEW vehicle that I purchase.

My wife and I purchased a very slightly used vehicle in August 2019. The car had only 11,000 miles on it when purchased. During the sales process the salesman very politely explained to us the the CarFax document which was provided with the sale showed that the vehicle had been involved in an accident previously, but that it had been repaired and the vehicle was in perfect shape. 2016 Yukon AC compressor went out and fortunately for additional coverage the part was replaced. The dealership provided a rental vehicle and the work was completed in a timely manner.
This was definitely one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Everyone was so professional, very courteous and genuine. The salesman that helped me was Clayton. We recently returned to Quality GMC after using another dealer on the West side that caused a new repair each time we would take it in. Thank you, Cord Trail, for your professionalism. We only had a regular service done, but we feel better knowing we are dealing with honesty and "Courtesy".
Diagnosed and explained the the problem quickly and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The usual courteous service folks. This is what keeps me coming back for service.
This dealership has damaged my vehicle by damaging both side fenders and the hood of my vehicle and try to hide it by fixing it and painting it without my permission and returning it back to me without mentioning anything about the damage. They promise to do what it takes to handle this situation but it has been nothing but empty words. Now they have their lawyer involved and he is playing games.
My Service Writer Cord Trail was and always is a pleasure to deal with. Brought my 2017 Diesel Canyon in (no Appointment required) for second service since new around 2:30 pm, for Annual service, tire rotation, and two Computer updates as part of a recall item. Got a call the by 4:15 everything complete. Always a Pleasure to work with the Quality Dealership.
My 2014 GMC Acadia fell subject to the dreaded A/C not working problem. If you own an Acadia you should google Acadia A/C Problems, it's disturbing. I was told at the dealersip my car was not under warranty and the cost would be $1,050.. plus. After some negotiations they said GMC, the mothership, would offer me a "Goodwill" warranty and I got all the work done for $400.

The whole process from check-in to diagnostic to repair went smoothly. Rick was respectful and honest, communication was clear and timely. Diagnosis indicated a problem more severe than expected and the team was able to complete the repair by the next day. Transportation was kindly provided. I will definitely return, and would highly recommend Quality Service as it is just that - quality. Based on my experience, I will probably buy my next car here!

We purchased a 2016 Yukon Denali from Ken, and I will send all my friends and family to see him in the future. Ken's sales style is the perfect mix between pushing the ball forward, but not in a pushy way. Kudos to Quality for having the right guy in the right position!

I recently purchashed a 2017 GMC Sierra from Keith. The experience smooth and painless and there were no pushy salesman. I went to about 4 other dealers and was literally bombarded by 2,3,4 salesman rushing to my Jeep before i was even out of the car. Marcus is a great salesman, We told him what we wanted to spend and he found us a car in our price range and got the price lower than any dealer within 50 miles of our home. The Buick was more than I thought I could afford. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.
I went to Quality and dealt with Steve (who went above and beyond) and couldn't be happier with my vehicle. There were a few hiccups so it took a few days to get my vehicle but he was always in communication and the dealership kept their word. We were referred to Quality by a former employee who is a former neighbor and friend. We began by looking at low mileage used autos with Skip, but eventually gravitated to new cars. Skip quickly understood that we were interested in safety features, that price was important, as was both exterior and interior colors. He quickly found a vehicle that suited us and we were soon able to agree on terms. Everyone we came in contact with at the agency couldn't have been more courteous and friendly.

Traded in my 2011 2500 Denali diesel for a 2017 1500 Denali ultra. Entire deal was done over the phone while we were on vacation in Colorado. Drove down, picked up the new car and headed back. Marty and the rest of the team are the kind of people we like to work with. Will now take my wife's 2015 Buick Enclave (which was purchased at a competitor) to them for service and any warranty issues. Always consider Quality GMC first - you will not be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience at Quaity Buick GMC in Albuquerque. OUr salesperson, Steven Buford, was able to answer the questions we had about the truck. We got the deal we wanted due to his efforts. He showed us around the dealership and introduced us to key people such as the service writers. He worked hard to get the purchase price to where we needed it to be.

I had my molding repaired three times because they couldn't get it right now I have to come out of pocket to have it repaired for a fourth time because now I am out of warranty. Glen in the collision dept did not care to help in any way shape or form Do not spend a dime here very unpleasant and unprofessional

Excellent dealership, very welcoming and professional. Of course they do want to sell you a car, but with no high pressure sales tactics. I worked with Patrick Smigay who was knowledgeable and helpful with understanding the vehicle functions and the purchase process. I cannot say enough nice things about Quality Mazdas Service department. I live in Durango co and ABQ is the closest Mazda dealership to me, but it is still 4 hrs away. Since I was having 9 recalls to address and an oil change, Bill Mast made sure I had a loaner car for the day. That was a life saver! They got me in on time and out exactly when they said the car would be ready. Great open communication and I really liked the video they sent me when they were inspecting the car.
