They ran my credit without me filling out a credit app in person. Applied for prequal in GM Financial website. The prequal is not supposed to affect credit. Stay clear of this place and their shady practices. When confronted with this information they were extremely rude and hung up on me.
Our salesperson Christian did an excellent job explaining to me and my wife all the features of the 2025 Acadia Denali. We were overwhelmed by the technology of this vehicle. However after Christian explained and demonstrated the features we felt relieved and at ease. He answered all our questions in such a way that it was easy to understand. We were very impressed by his professionalism.

Never buy from this Dealership! They took advantage of my young son sold him a lemon not to mention a 36,000 mile extended warranty his car had 41,000 miles at the time of purchase. The car is a 2018 with coolant issues and a blown gasket. Dealership won't honor the manufacturer warranty to fix it because he drove it a few blocks to get it home when it started smoking. this palce sales parts online under OEM Gm parts store. first experience was great. second one just a waste of time. they sent the email that items have been shipped. and it actually has not been shipped at all. no emei response . getting someone live is just impossile
Everything I wanted checked was and with a thorough written and verbal report. No machine coffee/water available. Should have bottled water available for waiting on vehicle with the covid restrictions in place if you can't access the machine.

Purchased a NEW 2017 Terrain from the dealership in June of 2017. Immediately the Air Conditioning system went on the fritz. After three years of trips back and forth to the service department, and three summers of unreliable air conditions, the dealership has done absolutely nothing to try to repair the vehicle.
The vehicle came with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty that was in the end useless. Not a slice screw was turned or nut tightened in an attempt to repair the NEW vehicle that I purchase.

My wife and I purchased a very slightly used vehicle in August 2019. The car had only 11,000 miles on it when purchased. During the sales process the salesman very politely explained to us the the CarFax document which was provided with the sale showed that the vehicle had been involved in an accident previously, but that it had been repaired and the vehicle was in perfect shape. 2016 Yukon AC compressor went out and fortunately for additional coverage the part was replaced. The dealership provided a rental vehicle and the work was completed in a timely manner.

We recently returned to Quality GMC after using another dealer on the West side that caused a new repair each time we would take it in. Thank you, Cord Trail, for your professionalism. We only had a regular service done, but we feel better knowing we are dealing with honesty and "Courtesy".
Diagnosed and explained the the problem quickly and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The usual courteous service folks. This is what keeps me coming back for service.
This dealership has damaged my vehicle by damaging both side fenders and the hood of my vehicle and try to hide it by fixing it and painting it without my permission and returning it back to me without mentioning anything about the damage. They promise to do what it takes to handle this situation but it has been nothing but empty words. Now they have their lawyer involved and he is playing games.
My Service Writer Cord Trail was and always is a pleasure to deal with. Brought my 2017 Diesel Canyon in (no Appointment required) for second service since new around 2:30 pm, for Annual service, tire rotation, and two Computer updates as part of a recall item. My 2014 GMC Acadia fell subject to the dreaded A/C not working problem. If you own an Acadia you should google Acadia A/C Problems, it's disturbing. I was told at the dealersip my car was not under warranty and the cost would be $1,050.. plus. After some negotiations they said GMC, the mothership, would offer me a "Goodwill" warranty and I got all the work done for $400.

The whole process from check-in to diagnostic to repair went smoothly. Rick was respectful and honest, communication was clear and timely. Diagnosis indicated a problem more severe than expected and the team was able to complete the repair by the next day. Transportation was kindly provided. I will definitely return, and would highly recommend Quality Service as it is just that - quality. Based on my experience, I will probably buy my next car here!

I recently purchashed a 2017 GMC Sierra from Keith. The experience smooth and painless and there were no pushy salesman. I went to about 4 other dealers and was literally bombarded by 2,3,4 salesman rushing to my Jeep before i was even out of the car. Marcus is a great salesman, We told him what we wanted to spend and he found us a car in our price range and got the price lower than any dealer within 50 miles of our home. The Buick was more than I thought I could afford. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.

We were referred to Quality by a former employee who is a former neighbor and friend. We began by looking at low mileage used autos with Skip, but eventually gravitated to new cars. Skip quickly understood that we were interested in safety features, that price was important, as was both exterior and interior colors. Traded in my 2011 2500 Denali diesel for a 2017 1500 Denali ultra. Entire deal was done over the phone while we were on vacation in Colorado. Drove down, picked up the new car and headed back. I had my molding repaired three times because they couldn't get it right now I have to come out of pocket to have it repaired for a fourth time because now I am out of warranty. I worked with Ethan about a week ago to purchase my Mazda CX-90 which I absolutely love. I walked away feeling like I got a good deal and Ethan and the Manager Audra were very pleasant to work with. The CX-90 was a CPO vehicle. After I got home, I noticed a couple small chips on the windshield and what looked like splatter from yellow foam insulation spray under the wheel wells (like maybe the previous owner drove over something) they were able to get the chips repaired and the foam off the wheel wells the same day. I could have gone to one of the large well known locally owned shops to have my car repaired. However, due to the recommendation of a friend I chose to go out on a limb and give Quality a try. We bought a CX5 from Quality Mazda two weeks ago with my wife and cannot be happier. The process for buying the car was straightforward and the service was outstanding. Ethan was the product specialist that helped us, and I highly recommend it. Even after our purchase, we are still getting contacted to make sure we are adjusting to the car properly, and they are always willing to help if we have a question related to the car.
I hate to have to write this again, but Mike and his team were awesome. They did a beautiful job restoring my vehicle to perfection. Again, it was clear that getting my brand new vehicle back to brand new condition was their goal, and they nailed it. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, I’ll go to Quality Collision West.

Needed an oil change and was taken care of by Bill Mast. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and he explained everything to my satisfaction. The service time was quick and I was back on the road soon after. I'll definitely be returning to Quality Mazda for any additional service I might need.

I bought my car here right before the pandemic lockdown. I've taken my car to their service department for every oil change and service. They have never let me down and I appreciate everything they do.
I bought my very first Mazda here. Lucas was very patient and helpful. He even drove me back from the rental center. I appreciate all of his help. I can’t say for the future if their long term service will be good, but it was what I have experienced with Quality Mazda. I will update this post if things changes in a bad way, which I hope not. Highly recommend checking out this place if a Mazda ever crosses your mind. If their financial guy is out, you will expect super long waiting time 😅🥲

The service at this Mazda dealership was outstanding! I took my SUV to Midas on Kirtland AFB for a basic oil change and they stripped the threads on my oil pan, then quoted me for almost $4,000 to fix what they broke. I took my SUV to this dealership and they charged me less than a 3rd of what Midas quoted me. The turn around for my vehicle was within 24 hours! Even if it wasn’t, they offered me a loaner vehicle just in case. Highly recommend this dealership for your Mazda repair needs!

The service I have received for my CX-30 has been the best I've ever experienced. Service rep "Squid" moves at the speed of light to accurately capture what service I need to perform and get the ball rolling. Estimates of time and money were spot on. "Quality" is first and foremost. Great service.
Service department is great. Bill recently worked on my Mazda to replace the battery and for an oil change. He made the process quick and easy for me and they got me in on the same day service was needed.
My car's extensive mechanical repairs were completed on time and on budget. Quality Mazda's service department staff have always treated me with respect and always explain the details of repairs that are required. And, I've always been amazed at the "eat-off-the-floor" cleanliness of the repair bay!

We bought our car a little over a year ago and had consistent problems with the AC since the first day. It took a while to find the real problem and get fixed, which was frustrating to say the least. However, our most recent experience there with Mario on the GMC side was very good. I'm happy to have a car with working AC again and I appreciate the effort put in by everyone to help us get it fixed.

This was the best experience I ever had with buying a car. Right off the bat, they had the model I wanted (Model CX-30) in the color I preferred. Sales people were personable and not high pressure. Someone spent considerable time going over the features of the car with me after the sale. This included setting up my phone to work with Bluetooth. It is rare to find this level of service today.
